Correct size of avatar for this forum

Members,

 

Please adhere to the following:

 

Although the program (under profile) defines the width and height of an avatar as 200 pixels, this forum allows only the following:

 

Width in pixels not exceeding 135.

 

Height in pixels not exceeding 160.

 

Those avatars exceeding the above will be removed.

 

Member wanting a desktop ruler (small program) can PM me.

Hi, can you please explain what avatar is? Is that what you use to post images on this forum? And last one, what is a PM? So sorry for all the questions, but I want to learn how to put images with my messages.

Hi Iceman, an avatar is the little picture next to a user's name (like my little bee) and a PM is a Private Message. To send a private message, click on the users name (next to the avatar) at the top of the post to go to their profile page and send a message to that user from there.

Go to the top of this page you will see "forum actions". click "edit profile". Left had side of that screen is "edit avatar". In the middle of that screen is "choose file". Choose a pic on your pc.

 

Hope that's what you were after.
