No, I think they would fax it to you! Someone who could put their puppies up on auction anywhere, to an unknown buyer, is likely to do anything!

I wouldn't trust the Seller even at R1.00. Only 50% ratings! (Unfortunately Buy Nows on live animals are still legal on BoB - but not auctions).
