luckybird 10 Posted February 19, 2010 Well i was going through my list and giving my ratings that were a bit overdue, I have 6 new open SNC's and maybe 2 more tomorrow for the last say 2 weeks sales. Now im hoping I dont get rated bad, I never said anything bad, just the facts that the clients not responding and no payment received. Nervous times.
Delicious 10 Posted February 19, 2010 If a SNC is filed they are unable to rate you.
Little Miss Muffet 81 Posted February 19, 2010 If a SNC is filed they are unable to rate you. Until the snc is undone. Then What?? Revenge ratings?? Not cool!!
lilythepink 11 Posted February 20, 2010 Yes, perhaps, but communitywatch@bidorbuy.co.za will sort out revenge ratings once they hear the "story"!
RAG Auctioneers 10 Posted April 29, 2010 Can a buyer rate you after a SNC is successful? We have gotten some horrible Buyer Appeal notes and "threats", even though payment was never received....*moves mouse to block buyer button*
admin 8 Posted April 29, 2010 If the buyer was found at fault, you can rate him and he can not rate you.

Vinyl Lady Decals 11 Posted April 29, 2010 If the buyer was found at fault, you can rate him and he can not rate you. Maybe that applies for a certain period of time, but I got a negative rating from a buyer for an SNC I filed and won months and months ago. BoB removed it for me, though. May BoB can clarify this for us.
admin 8 Posted April 29, 2010 Maybe a bug in the system ? This is how it works, quoting Cuan : If seller is found at fault - their rating is removed, and buyer can rate neutral or negative. If nobody at fault - all ratings removed and no one can rate as technically the transaction did not happen, therefore, you should not be able to rate. If buyer found at fault - their rating is removed, seller can rate neutral or negative. If you rated before you filed your SNC, depending on the outcome of the SNC, your rating may be removed or re-instated.
