Negative Feedback gets deleted

Trying to give feedback on my experience with a seller and BidtoBuy help received(negative) but post gets deleted without any explanation ?

How are we to learn from mistakes if BidtoBuy keeps on deleting negative posts without explanation?

As already explained, you cannot simply come onto a public forum and accuse someone of being a thief. Your posts were removed because there is no proof that the seller has stolen your money. We have phoned them and they are busy processing a refund as agreed.

 

Any further posts about theft will be removed.
