    In this extreme times of difficulty and angst, why cant BidorBuy do the right thing and just convert back to the previous format, at least for a period of say 1 month - I see that the Crazy Wednesday's have all but collapsed - as sellers we don not need the current format to also work against us....we have enough problems keeping us afloat in these difficult times.

    1 or 2 buyers in 100 are like them. You can't please them. I am happy BOB is assisting you.

    Hi @bitesize Looking at your account, you've been with us for nearly 12 years and still maintaining a 100% overall rating score. Well done!👍 We do have a dedicated team that reviews reported ratings. To start all we need is an email to our support team and part of this process is that we reach out to both the buyer and the seller. Most of the times we can make a call within a day or two. Sometimes this becomes a lengthy process(To gather the external communication sent between the buyer and seller if haven't used the bidorbuy system). We will always send an email to both buyers and sellers with the outcome of the rating review. Final feedback that I can see on your account, we've removed the neutral rating and are currently in contact with the buyer.

    My husband and I are 73 and 69 respectively and are fortunate to have 6 sources of income How the corona virus can affect us and has affected us 1) He worked in Insurance all his life (Pension income) ---Investments unstable 2) Part of our house was turned into a granny flat --Lodger in stable job but what if she is retrenched> 3) I sell jewellery on Takealot-----I will not go to supplier until winter is over --Takealot is close 4) My husband has been running a doggie home care business for 10 years-----closed 5) My husband works 3 half days a week for my son--Business closed 6) I sell on Bidorbuy------Posting not confirmed Now how is it possible for the poor to survive. A 21 day lockdown is only the beginning. I still count myself fortunate.
